DIY SOS host Nick Knowles has given fans a rare peek inside his cosy Cotswolds home after transforming its kitchen.

The BBC star, 59, swapped his cooker for a more modern unit, removed cupboards and added a sleek extraction fan.

There's a stylish Smeg fridge and chic hanging lights while pastel paints have replaced the old cream colour scheme.

Nick certainly seemed pleased with the end result, sharing it on Instagram.

The dad-of-four then had a bonding afternoon with youngest son Eddie, battling it out in a game of Jenga.

Nick moved from London to his Cotswolds home in 2017.

The star's living room has neutral walls and a wide open space, with pictures of his kids hanging up.

He also has a wine collection, with bottles of red lining the wooden shelves alongside his books.
