David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) was given reason to suspect that Corey Smythe-Jones (Laurence Boxhall) was up to no good in Neighbours.

Corey, as viewers know, is on a mission on behalf of The Order, which has tasked him with recruiting Harlow Robinson (Jemma Donovan).

David, however, has noticed that he’s hanging around Harlow like a bad smell, monopolising all of her time and speaking on her behalf.

Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) believed his husband was reading too much into it, but David was adamant that there was something fishy about Corey’s motives.

David, of course, is correct, given that Corey has upped the ante in his plan to recruit Harlow, drugging her drinks and manipulating the situation so that she feels isolated from her friends and family.

Levi Canning (Richie Morris), meanwhile, was on a mission to find out who vandalised Amy Greenwood’s (Jacinta Stapleton) van, and thus he asked the locals if they saw anything suspicious on the day of the incident.

David checked out footage from his dashcam, which revealed a hooded figure graffitiing the Drinks Diva.

The figure in question was unrecognisable, but the shoes weren’t exactly low-key, which pleased Levi, as he thought this might help him in his investigation to find the criminal.

David, however, inadvertently did the policeman’s job for him, after he realised Corey was wearing the same footwear as the perp!

Armed with his suspicions about Corey, David stormed over to the young man and asked him outright if he was to blame for vandalising the van.

Is Corey finally set to be caught out?
