Amber Gill's had a right old week of it – winning Love Island with Greg O'Shea, returning home to millions of fans, and to cap it all off, turning 22.

So it's no wonder the reality star went hard last night as she celebrated her birthday with Greg and her villa BFF Yewande Biala back in her native Newcastle.

Beauty therapist Amber seemed a little worse for wear as she crashed out in her hotel room while Greg and Yewande screeched the Happy Birthday song in her ear.

The giggling star may have had a few too many, as she started the night early by enjoying a boozy dinner with her Love Island pals and her parents.

She was pictured downing cocktails and shots at the table before getting up and dancing with the London rapper Chip.

Amber was handed a chocolate brownie with 'Happy birthday' spelled out in sauce on the plate, and everyone in the bar cheered as she blew out the candle.

After partying and drinking for five hours, the tired birthday girl was taken back to her hotel by her caring Love Island pals.

Yewande filmed her curled up and straddling Greg in their room, apparently not quite sober enough to lift up her own head.

"Guys, say hi," Yewande instructed the couple.

"To who?" Amber slurred.

"To the world!" Greg shouted with a grin, as Amber wailed: "Noooo!"

A little later, Yewande and Greg and managed to persuade Amber to wear a pink inflatable crown as they drunkenly sang Happy Birthday to her.

She curled up in bed helpless with laughter with her hand clamped over her mouth as the other two serenaded her, before Greg reached down to rub her cheek.

No doubt there'll be three very sore heads making their way down south to London this morning, as all of them are due to appear on the Love Island Reunion special tonight.

There was no sign of any of the other Islanders on Amber's special night out – and even her self-professed 'sister' Anna Vakilid ditched her birthday celebrations to party with her actual sister and their pals back in London.

Meanwhile, fellow finalists Curtis Pritchard, Maura Higgins, Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury also hit the town last night, but didn't bother reaching out to Amber on Instagram to wish her a happy birthday.
