Former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Nicola McLean claims fellow campmate Joe Swash named her breasts during their stint on the show.

The pair starred in the 2008 series when the former glamour model, 41, celebrated the one year anniversary of her implants, leading the TV presenter, 40, to name her GG assets.

Joe, who recently tied the knot with 2010 I'm A Celeb star Stacey Solomon, opted for the names Pinky and Perky.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Nicola said: "Yeah he did, they didn't have a name before, and said if you want to name them you can it's not a problem."

At the time, Joe remarked how it's "not every day you celebrate someone's breast's birthday", before adding: "I was quite pleased to be here for that."

He continued: "I quite like the idea, I think women should start having birthdays for their breasts."

The then 26 year old was given the honours of naming Nicola's breasts when he asked if she had named them yet.

To which Nicola responded: "You name them for me."

"We're going to call them Pinky and Perky," he stated.

Their unusual exchange came after Nicola had requested if the show's producers would throw her a special birthday party for her breasts.

After realising the significant milestone, Nicole rushed to speak to the I'm A Celeb bosses but unfortunately, she didn't receive the VIP treatment she had expected.

She said: "I don't think they did, the campmates sang them happy birthday though. I was hoping the Bush Telegraph would give us brownies or something.

"They didn't appreciate them as much as they should have done, they got them a lot of press that year."

Nicola also revealed that ITV bosses stopped her from doing one trial because of her GG implants.

She told the publication: "There was something in there, I can’t remember exactly but I couldn’t do a trial because of my implants.

"There was something with a harness because we were worried they’d end up around the back, as implants can move, but yeah I can’t remember what it was but I wasn’t allowed to do something.

"Maybe it was laying on my front in the challenge that I couldn’t do, as they were in the way or something but they’re always in the way, to be honest."
