SITTING on a plush white chair abroad his private jet, suspected multi-millionaire paedo Peter Nygard ogles a young woman dancing on the aircraft's built in stripper pole.

Fashion mogul Nygard jetted around the world aboard his distinctive chrome blue liveried private Boeing 747 – dubbed the N-Force – as he was allegedly hiding a secret sordid web of sexual abuse.

The picture of him watching the stripper aboard the jet was intitally published by the New York Times in Febuary.

And now the 79-year-old has been charged with sex trafficking after he allegedly abused girls as young as 14.

US prosecutors demanded his arrest in Canada and he faces extradition on charges of sex assault, racketeering and trafficking.

Fifty-seven alleged victims — including a Brit — have also joined ongoing legal action, claiming Nygard used violence, intimidation, bribery and company employees to lure victims.

Nygard would host what he called "Pamper Parties" – often at his private island resort Nygard Cay- where he would allegedly choose out girls for sex and then either force himself upon them, drug them or offer them cash.

The mogul – who has a net worth of around £700million -strongly denies any allegations against him.

Nygard Cay was known as the playground for the ultra rich, and shocking claims about the property dubbed the "ultimate treehouse" have been made in the new book Predator King by investigative reporter Melissa Cronin, who also probed Jeffrey Epstein.

The island was home to a 150,000 square-foot estate – so large guests had to drive around in miniature electric cars- which was modelled to look like something from Robinson Crusoe.

It featured gaudy fake volcanoes belching out dry ice, a village of structures hidden amongst the palm trees and some of the rooms even had with mirrored ceilings.

Nygard allegedly had what he dubbed the "passion pit" in his office which had a sofa that instantly converted into a bed.

He has also been pictured hosting some of his famous friends there including Prince Andrew, Sean Connery, George Bush Sr. and Michael Jackson.

There is no suggestion of improper behaviour by anyone else who visited Naygard Cay.

Cronin claims in her book – a copy of which was provided to The Sun Online – that the island was home to much of Nygard's alleged abuse.

It is also outrageously claimed Nygard dreamed of establishing a stem cell research facility so he could "stay young" – allegedly using his girlfriends' aborted fetuses for research.

The island allegedly had a seedy underbelly with nude statues said to modelled after Nygard's exes and a dance floor beneath which were hidden cameras.

He reportedly had a karaoke room where he would watch scantily clad when dancing until dawn – as he belted out his favourite song (I Did It) My Way.

Nygard is claimed to have flown bikini and lingerie models out the Mayan-inspired private resort from the US for wild parties throughout the noughties.

His house manager Richette Ross claims in the book that it would be "mainly females" who attended as the millionaire "didn't like the competition".

As the party started, Nygard would order guests photographed as they arrived to be saved to his "personal database".

He would then assign the women and girls a rating of "A, B, C or D" depending on who was the "most beautiful".

The book claims Nygard's main criteria was they had to have a "big and round a**".

The eccentric mogul would also deny entry to anyone who he considered "big boned".

Ross said Nygard would pick out a target and ask the girl if she would spend the night with him.

If she refused, one of the his bartenders would then sometimes be ordered to drop a pill into the girl's drink.

The former manager claimed she once saw a girl "crying, naked" in the estate's office after witnessing her being drugged.

Nygard would get his team to promote the parties on Facebook, boasting the events would have "free dinners, massages, pedicures, and boat rides".

The book claims rumours about what happened on Nygard Cay ran wild throughout the Bahamian community for "nearly 20 years".

"No one seemed to know the entire truth, but the lucky ones knew enough to stay away," writes Cronin.

One woman claims in the book that many of the girls who came to the island were "still in school".

Nygard would invite his powerful friends to the "pamper parties" – where women and girls would be encouraged to dress as "revealing as possible".

"They didn’t really want you to wear clothes, so they’d give you
skimpy swimsuits, or a top and a small skirt or something like that," she said.

The girls would then be "paired" with some of the men, with one attendee – who was a teenager at the time – describing the events as "one big orgy".

She claimed Nygard made advances on her and when she rebuffed him, he then encouraged her to "bring a friend" who was "tall and slim".

Men were not allowed on the island, unless they were people to from "high society".

"I was one of those that walked away from the situation relatively early. I was not into the idea of having sex be my entrance into the world of modeling," she told Cronin.

His alleged web of sex crimes – including using his own "Lolita Express" plane to transport girls around the world – has chilling echoes of the catalogue of abuse carried out by paedo financier Jeffrey Epstein.

From his use of a private jet, his tropical island getaway, his extraordinary wealth, his powerful friends, and his alleged use of a glamorous recruiter to lure in allged victims, the flamboyant Nygard has been dubbed "Canada's Epstein".

In a statement, the Justice Department said Nygard is facing charges related to "at least a dozen" victims in a pattern of criminality across the US, the Bahamas, Canada and other locations.

He is alleged to have targeted women and underage girls with the false promises of modelling opportunities before sexually assaulting them.

The fashion mogul would groom them as his "girlfriends" or "assistants" – who would travel with him for sex and also recruit others for him.

It was a pattern of alleged behaviour eerily similar to Epstein.

Nygard is alleged to have used Instagram model girlfriend Suelyn Medeiros to lure girls to Nygard Cay – allegations she strongly denies.

The accusations are made in two separate US lawsuits in which it is alleged they conspired to provide Nygard "with a steady pool of victims", reports CBC.

Medeiros has not been arrested or charged, and her lawyers Jayne Weintraub and Jonathan Etra described the allegations as "baseless".

Medeiros and Nygard have been photographed together at many events including the Virgin Unites Midnight Magic Gala in 2007.

According to legal papers, Medeiros was known as Nygard's "top girlfriend" and "recruiter."

One alleged victim claims Medeiros befriended her and then coerced her to travel to Nygard's private compound in the Bahamas

The lawsuit claims the former Playboy model then told her she was "required to have sex with Nygard."

Charges against Nygard were announced by Acting US Attorney Audrey Strauss in Manhattan, the FBI and New York City police.

He is the second pal of Prince Andrew to be charged with sex trafficking, following the high profile case against Epstein and ongoing investigations into his "pimp" Ghislaine Maxwell.

A source close to the Nygard case said: “There is no direct link between Andrew and allegations Nygard is facing.

“But the fact the prince has again been linked, and pictured, with a man facing very serious sexual assault allegations will put him under more pressure.”

There is no suggestion he knew of Nygard’s alleged crimes.

Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson and their two daughters toured the grounds of Nygard’s estate for two hours, but did not stay at the mansion.

Fifty-seven alleged victims — including a Brit — have joined ongoing legal action, which claims that Nygard used violence, intimidation, bribery and company employees to lure victims.

Lisa Haba, one of the lawyers representing victims who are suing Nygard, said: "The survivors of our lawsuit have been waiting for this day for a very long time.

"Peter Nygard's arrest marks the next chapter in holding him and his accomplices accountable for the unspeakable crimes against women and children they have perpetuated for decades."

Nygard has denied all allegations and blames a conspiracy caused by a feud with his billionaire neighbour in the Bahamas.

That lawsuit against him was mysteriously put on pause in the summer by a judge in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Nygard stepped down as chairman of his company after the FBI and police in New York City raided his offices in February

A spokesman for Nygard said that the lawsuit was "the latest in a 10+ year string of attempts to try to destroy the reputation of a man through false statements".

He added: "The allegations are completely false, without foundation and are vigorously denied."
