A LUCKY punter could become Britain's biggest ever Lotto winner after the EuroMillions jackpot hit £167.5million in the longest EVER rollover streak.
Friday's total stood at £167million, but nobody picked the winning numbers of 8, 21, 25, 38 and 50 or the "lucky star" numbers of 4 and 8.
It means Tuesday's draw will now be 189.6million euros – just 400,000 euros from the 200million jackpot cap.
Andy Carter of the National Lottery said: "The EuroMillions jackpot rolls on to Tuesday night a huge £167 million jackpot is up for grabs.
"We could be looking at the UK's biggest ever winner!"
The current record-holders for the biggest ever lottery win are Colin and Chris Weir, from Largs in North Ayrshire, Scotland.
The couple took home £161 million in 2011.
Adrian and Gillian Bayford, from Suffolk, won more than £148 million in August 2012.
Andy Carter, senior winners' adviser at The National Lottery, said: "The EuroMillions jackpot rolls on to Friday night when a huge £167 million jackpot is up for grabs.
"Players are urged to get their tickets early to be in with a chance of banking a life-changing prize."
Tuesday's National Lottery EuroMillions winning numbers were 22, 37, 43, 44 and 45 while the Lucky Stars were 01 and 12.
The National Lottery Thunderball winning numbers were: 06, 11, 14, 15 and 30 and the Thunderball was 14.
Last month, a golden ticket-holder from Italy stole the title as Europe’s biggest ever lottery winner after scooping £193 million in the Superenalotto draw.
The unnamed player chanced fate after the ticket was bought for two euros at a bar in the northern city of Lodi, near Milan.
An Amazon worker was also left stunned after winning the National Lottery – scooping £10,000 every month for the next 30 years.
Dean Weymes, 24, couldn't believe his eyes when he matched five balls and the Life Ball to win the Set For Life top prize.
But for some jackpot winners, having those six lucky numbers has turned out to be a curse rather than a lucky break.
