X Factor star Lucy Spraggan had some advice for Simon Cowell when the potential return of the singing competition came into conversation.

Lucy, 31, met the Britain's Got Talent in 2012 when she auditioned for the X Factor and now two decades later, Simon is publishing her songs.

The hit ITV show was axed in 2018 after 14 years on screen and the topic of its return was brought up by This Morning presenter Alison Hammond who admitted to "really missing" it.

The 47-year-old then asked: "If we did bring it back, Lucy, do you think you've got some advice for Simon on how he could change it up a bit?"
