BODYBUILDER Liver King shot to fame as the TikTok star who ate raw liver as part of his diet.
But every king should have a queen, with some of his followers wondering just who Queen Liver is.
Who is Liver King's wife Liver Queen?
Liver King is married to Barbara Johnson, who also goes by Liver Queen.
She can often be seen in the background of his videos on TikTok and Instagram.
Barbra works as a dental specialist, and also follows her husbands ancestral lifestyle.
She refers to her husband Brian as “Bear” and embraces his diet of raw beef liver, protein shakes, egg yolks and bone marrow.

Does the Liver Queen have social media?
Just like her husband, Liver Queen is also an Influencer.
As of October 2022 she boasts just under 75K followers on her Instagram handle @theliverqueen.
On there she posts lots of lifestyle videos that incorporate her families extreme diet and fitness regime.
Do the Liver King and Liver Queen have any children?
The couple have two children, often referred to as the Savage Liver Boys.

It is understood their eldest Stryker was born in 2007, while their youngest Rad was born two years later in 2009.
They are a big part of why Liver King follows this lifestyle today.
When his children were young they were in and out of the hospital with various allergies and illnesses.
Speaking to his followers he said: "The real wake-up call was when one of my sons stopped breathing.
"We were lucky. We made it to the hospital just in time.
"My wife and I were determined to confront the cause. Never to test our luck again.
"We did what all parents would do: we tried everything. And that’s where our journey began. "

Desperately seeking answers, Johnson read Nourishing Traditions, a book by Sally Fallon that claims to challenge "politically correct nutrition and diet dictocrats".
Since then the family began to live by what they refer to as the nine ancestral tenants; to eat, sleep, move, shine, connect, cold, sun, fight and bond.
