PRESIDENT-elect Donald Trump pledged to “Make America Great Again”, and now he’s just days away from having the chance to back up his words.
The businessman’s inauguration is set to be broadcast on telly this week – but where can you watch it and what will happen on the day?

When is Trump’s inauguration on TV?
Donald Trump‘s big day is scheduled for Friday January 20 when he will be sworn in on the steps of the US Capitol at noon.
Live coverage from the event will be broadcast on BBC1 from 4PM, with commentary from BBC New’s Katty Kay.
At the same time on ITV1, Tom Bradby will be reporting from Washington DC as the 45th President is sworn in.
During the commentary, expert analysis will also be provided by Washington Correspondent Robert Moore while Martin Geissler and Juliet Bremner talk to Trump supporters.
What's the order of events for Inauguration Day?
Before the ceremony, Trump and his vice-president elect Mike Pence are set to lay a wreath at Arlington National Ceremony in order to pay respect to fallen members of the military.
Following this tribute, they will be treated to a Make America Great again welcome concert at the Lincoln Memorial.
Hundreds of thousands of spectators will then gather in the National Mall to watch the swearing in ceremony, which will go down in history.
Following an hour of festivities, Trump officially starts his term at exactly 12pm local time (5PM GMT).
He’ll take the Oath of Office alongside Mike Pence before a fanfare of drums and bugles officially swear the pair in.
Trump is then expected to deliver is inaugural speech, which will give viewers a glimpse into the policies he wants to push during his presidency.
A parade follows the address, before Trump and Pence attend a swanky luncheon and the inaugural balls.
A string of top musicians have turned down the opportunity to perform at Trump’s inauguration, but America’s Got Talent winner Jackie Evancho will sing the National Anthem.

Leave a note for the new President – Bush’s note to Obama wished the new leader well on the “fabulous new chapter” he was about to begin.
Attend the Inauguration – President Obama will attend Trump’s swearing-in and inauguration, then be escorted from the Capitol by their successors, Donald and Melania.
Helicopter out of Washington – This has happened at every ceremony since Gerald Ford’s in 1977.
Supporters have speculated what Obama will do after he leaves office, and many believe he’ll turn his hand towards philanthropic work.
