THE Games has become embroiled in a new fix row after fans claimed the female celebs' javelin throws weren't judged properly.

The ladies went head to head in the throwing discipline last night in a bid to win points for the overall leaderboard.

They each had two throws, and in order for them to be valid the javelin had to land tip first.

Phoenix Brown took first place with 22.46m, followed by Christine McGuinness with 20.05m and Rebecca Sarker in third with 16.71m.

But eagle-eyed viewers were convinced the top two's best throws shouldn't have counted because they landed tail first.

One wrote on Twitter: "What’s the point of it if you’re not going to judge it properly."

A second said: "The GOOD thing about TV is that 'We' could ALL see that #Phoenix ' 2nd throw clearly landed Tail-First. #FIX!!"

A third complained: "They explain the rules of the Javelin then allow 2 throws that very, very clearly landed tail first to count? If you’re going to do a program like this at least try and get it right! I know it’s not a serious competition but really!"

However, a spokesman for ITV denied any foul play and said: "The results were independently verified by a javelin judge."

Before the event viewers watched Olivia Attwood break down in tears, admitting she was struggling with the discipline.

She said: "I'm trying to talk to myself and remember the reason why I signed up – I love sport.

"At school I was streams ahead of everyone in every discipline. I feel like now I'm not the top of this group.

"It's a very exposing experience."
