TEEN Mom Nikkole Paulun looked unrecognizable in a throwback photo from the show.
The former TV star shared a clip on TikTok showcasing how much she's grown since her days on the MTV series
Nikkole posted the video, which featured clips of her family on the show, compared to their appearance over a decade later.
The clip began with the 16 and Pregnant alum hovering the camera over the computer screen, as the then-teenager appeared on the screen.
The snap highlighted the young mom donning heavy eye makeup and long blonde hair while pregnant with her first child.
She captioned the shot: "My 16 and Pregnant episode Then Vs Now"
The clip then flipped to a recent pic of the star looking much different than her younger years, with a full face of makeup and blonde highlights.
Some fans were shocked at Nikkole's transformation, with one commenting: "Such a disturbing video? What has she done to her face??"
The video continued with throwbacks of the rest of her family including her mother and her signature curly blonde locks.
The camera then captured a shot of the grandmother today donning long straight blonde hair and an off the shoulder top.
Nikkole also included a pic of her then-boyfriend Josh Drummonds in his teens, before fast forwarding to a snap of his current mugshot.
The 29-year-old – who she shares her oldest child with – is currently serving time for meth and armed robbery charges after his arrest on April 29, 2019.
The young mom then updated fans on her son, Lyle, 11, who she was pregnant with on the show.
In one shot, Nikkole is holding the adorable newborn days after his birth, before jumping to a shot of the pre-teen today.
Lyle sported a school uniform while smiling at the camera for the pic.
The 27-year-old recently went on the platform to talk about her experience giving birth at the age of 15.
In the clip, the reality star wore a white peasant top, her hair in two thin braids, and full glam makeup as she lip-synced the words to Know Yourself by Drake.
Towards the end of the video, the TV personality's son Lyle popped in, wearing a tie-dye tee-shirt and looking very grown up in a backward baseball cap.
Nikkole and her son sang the last bit of the song together, and she captioned her post: "I had my first baby at 15 & gave birth to him on TV. ps I made him say sh and not the s word."
DEVASTATING LOSS
The Teen Mom star has been very open about her parenting journey over the years, and earlier this month she broke down in tears over her miscarriage with her husband Kyle.
The emotional video recapped the devastating day just over a year ago when she and her beau lost their first baby together.
The clip began with current footage of Nikkole in tears, then jumped to her showing off her pregnancy test and then her ultrasound photo, before displaying personal texts with Kyle.
"There's no heartbeat Ky," she told her hubby, as he responded, "I'm on my way."
The young mom was then shown at the hospital as she said: "I'm not ready to say goodbye but I know this is what I have to do."
Nikkole called her husband the "most supportive man ever" as they held hands in the final shot.
The MTV star captioned the post: "You’ll always be my favorite what if…" and added the hashtags "miscarriage awareness."
However, the couple became pregnant shortly after, and in July welcomed their first bundle of joy together, a son named Bodhi.
Nikkole is also mom to a daughter named Ellie Jade with her ex-boyfriend, Ryan Rice.
