STRICTLY fans have slammed the show's judges in new fix row and claimed they’re ‘ridiculously under marking’ one of the stars.

Saturday night's live show saw the remaining six celebrities take to the floor in a bid to make it through to Musicals Week.

After all six had performed, Ellie Leach topped the leaderboard with 38 points, while Angela Scanlon found herself at the bottom with 31.

The TV presenter ended up in the dance off against West End star Layton Williams, and the judges opted to save the latter.

Layton had finished two places above Angela with 34 points, and actor Nigel Harman was in between them with 33 points.

But despite Nigel being saved from the dance-off by viewers votes, some Strictly fans were still furious over the scores for his steamy Rumba with pro partner Katya Jones.

Nigel, 50, received three 8's and a nine from the judges, but many felt that wasn't high enough.

In fact, they felt it was the latest in a long line of weeks where Nigel was 'under marked'.

Taking to X – formerly Twitter – one wrote: "So pleased Nigel's through to next week, more viewers seeing judges tactics so obvious now to see.

"He was ridiculously undermarked last night even though he was only one without mistake mentions, just so they could keep him in bottom two."

Another added: "Nigel and Katya were undermarked. They deserved at least a couple of 9’s. That was a beautiful Rumba and Nigel danced it beautifully."

A third raged: "Why is Nigel so insanely undermarked compared to other contestants?"

Meanwhile a fourth tweeted: "I wonder how tempted Katya is to choose Don't Rain on My Parade (Funny Girl) for musicals week for them next week, may as well embrace the judges ridiculous tactics now towards Nigel."

Strictly Come Dancing airs on Saturdays on BBC One and is available on BBC iPlayer.
