LOOSE Women star Stacey Solomon has announced she is quitting Instagram after feeling "so strange" amid a bad week.

The 31-year-old's 4.4million followers can never get enough of seeing her life with boyfriend Joe Swash and their children.

Almost everyday the star shares tap to tidy snaps, home diys and fun things to do with your children but following a tough week the star says she is taking a break.

Stacey updated her fans today on how she is feeling by sharing a picture of her beautiful green garden and writing over it.

The author said she felt "so strange" following a rough week and was going to put her phone away for the weekend.

She wrote: "Goodnight… I hope you're all ok. I feel so strange still.

"I'm going to put my phone in the drawer for a couple of days give you all a break," followed by a laughing emoji.

Stacey continued: "I hope you have a lovely Sunday and Monday. You deserve all of the happiness in the world. Never forget it. Love you to the moon and back."

However before putting her phone away she looked through some of her personal messages sent in from her adoring fans who were wishing her well during her anxious time.

Stacey shared a number of print screens of kind remarks from followers who urged her to take care.

She wrote beside them: "Was about to write in my brain junk bin in my book. And then started reading your messages and decided to fill my page up with your loveliness."

The mother-of-three continued: "You are honestly just the sweetest people I've ever met.

"The best Insta family I could wish for. You make my day. Love you lot to the moon and back. Always," followed by an emoji of a white heart.

It comes after the star showed off son Rex's neat Primark outfit today and where all of his nursery essentials are from.

Rex even had his own pair of mini crocs after being obsessed with trying to wear Stacey's dads.
