Richard Madeley has recalled a time a This Morning managed threw a book at him and hit him "square on the nose" – and he wants him to do it again.

The host, 63, along with wife Judy Finnigan, 71, is scheduled to return to the famous ITV sofas tomorrow morning as guest presenters of the show.

Speaking about who he's most likely to see upon their return to the show, Richard said: "Tim the floor manager."

He went on to explain: "He's still on the show despite once throwing a book at me and hitting me square on the nose."
