IT isn’t just Miley Cyrus’s private life that has been affected after splitting from her husband Liam Hemsworth.

Her music has too.

In May she released the first of three EPs she said would form her seventh studio album.

But she is having doubt about putting out the second and third instalments because they no longer reflect her life.

She had spent six weeks dating Kaitlynn Carter but that relationship is now over too.

A music source said: “Miley has been back in the studio recording new music because the other songs she had made are so far removed from who she is right now.

"A lot has changed in the past few months and it would be strange for her to release the EPs as they were.

“Now she’s deciding whether to update the collections with new songs or to start something else.”

Mark Ronson had produced several of the tracks on her as-yet unreleased EPs, which she had spent two years working on.

When the first part, She Is Coming, was released in May, it was announced that the second would follow in the summer and the third in the autumn, but there has been no sign of them.

Now sources close to Miley insist no release schedule had been planned.

Last month, a week after her split from Liam was announced, she dropped her single Slide Away, which was all about their separation.

If she has more emotional tunes like that, Liam better brace himself.
