Lucifer (played by Tom Ellis) has one final season to make amends with Chloe Decker (Lauren German) and bring an end to all of his storylines. Right now only Chloe really knows the truth about Lucifer. However, after the latest episode title release, it seems the devil will be dropping multiple bombshells in the final season.

The writers for Lucifer have been teasing various details about the final season since its announcement.

Their Twitter account has been packed with clues and teases throughout the entire process so far.

Now, the last announcement seems to have put multiple theories in the minds about Dan Espinoza (Kevin Alejandro).

Posting on their social media, the writers uploaded a picture of the season five episode twelve script.

The episode title reads: “Daniel Espinoza: Naked and Afraid”.

The caption reads: “What are you doing to us, @MikeCosta?!? Why is he NAKED? And Afraid? #lucifer”

Fans quickly flooded the comments section desperately trying to uncover why Dan could be “naked” and “afraid”.

Many have predicted this could be because he’s finally found out the truth about Lucifer.

“Does Dan finally find out the truth about Lucifer/God??? Is that why he’s naked and afraid????” quizzed one fan.

A second asked: “Did he find out about Lucifer? did Lucifer do a prank on him? is that why he is naked and afraid?”

However, other users speculate it’s all just a prank, and the title could even be said by Lucifer himself.

One fan commented: “This is 100% a lucifer line I’m saying it now”
