LOVE Island's Faye Winter has admitted that she goes back to her old job 'every week' and wouldn't see returning as 'a fail'.

The 27-year-old was an estate agent before shooting to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2021.

Since being in the public eye, Love Island favourite Faye has used her huge following to raise awareness for important causes, including working with charities such as Guide Dogs UK and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

But before being an influencer, the Devon-born star worked as a lettings agent, and still regularly visits her old colleagues despite being in a different industry.

In a dream world she would love to incorporate the both to create her dream job.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Faye said: "I go back every week, I go back and see them because they are a massive part of my life.

"They took a massive chance on me when they employed me. I go back for wine Friday, I still speak to everybody that I used to work with and I absolutely adore them.

"I would love nothing more than in this world than to do estate agency from the public eye and talk more on the housing market in the UK, give hints and tips to people.

"But again it's something that no one else has done from Love Island, and something that no one else has done from the public eye, that they've done that and then gone back into housing and estate agency."

The reality star has no issues with returning to the office in the future if she had to.

She added: "If I had to go back to work, I had to go back to being an estate agent as full time, I would never see that as a negative and I would never see that as a fail because I loved what I done before.

"So it's not something that I wouldn't worry about going back to."

Faye has been very busy since her stint in the iconic villa two years ago, using her platform to be vocal about animal rights.

She's appeared in parliament to show her support towards PETA and has also been named Campaign Star for Guide Dogs UK after becoming a regular volunteer for the charity in 2017.

Faye has also recently teamed up with The Big Help Out and their latest campaign – which has called out for young people to get involved with volunteering.

"So The Big Help Out for me, is everything I stand for," Faye told us.

"Everything I love and it's an amazing opportunity for everyone and anyone regardless of your age, to for me, find something that you love and also help someone else in the process, which I think is so incredible.

"Why there isn't more things like this and more events to help others to find something they love and give back to the community is beyond me."

Faye has recently become single after splitting from ex Teddy Soares in February after 18 months together.

When asked if she thinks she could meet someone through volunteering: "Oh who knows! I might meet someone through volunteering, I might meet someone who walked past me on the street. You never know!

"I don't really go to many events, I go to events that are close to my heart and things that I love, products that I use.
