Love Island bosses sent 12 hot new singletons into the villa last weekend as part of the highly-anticipated Casa Amor challenge.

The Islanders were dramatically split in half with the boys sent off on a "lads' holiday" to Casa Amor while the girls remained in the main villa.

Six hunky new lads joined the ladies to keep them company, while six sexy girls were welcomed by the boys in the separate villa.

But it appears that it wasn't just six new arrivals who joined the male cast members in Casa Amor.

In tonight's episode of Love Island: Unseen Bits, fans were treated to hilarious footage from the ITV2 dating show which failed to make the cut for the main show.

The unseen clip showed the boys relaxing during their time away from the girls in Casa Amor.

The Islanders were chilling out and tucking into some snacks before they were unexpectedly joined by a surprise new arrival.

The boys jumped out of their skin as their furry friend entered the villa.

Finn Tapp could be seen sprinting away as a cat suddenly appeared from the bushes.

He later warned his pals: "Don't touch it. I heard these down here are bad."

Luke Mabbott added: "Cats are vicious. They are unpredictable. Look at its eyes mate."

An unbothered Luke Trotman said to the boys: "Awh that's cute though."

Before a cautious Luke M added: "It's cute until it rips your face off."

Love Island fans took to Twitter to share their reaction to the boys being scared of their furry visitor.

Taking to Twitter, one fan joked: "Six giant men cowering in fear from one tiny cat is the kind of TV I require."

A second viewer added: "Never seen so many grown men scared of a cat."

Another added: "How are these boys more afraid of a cat than Shaughna’s reaction?"

A fourth quipped: "Are these supposed grown men genuinely terrified of that tiny adorable cat? FFS."

Love Island: Unseen Bits airs on Saturday nights on ITV2 which sees narrator Iain Stirling take a look back at the previous week in the famous villa, bringing fans up to speed on all the drama and also share some unaired footage.

Love Island continues on ITV2 tomorrow night at 9pm
