KATIE Price owes her local vet £3,000 in bills and is refusing to pay, insiders tell The Sun Online.

The reality star used the services of Sussex Equine Hospital for her horses – but has now told the clinic that she won’t be settling her bill.

“Katie’s used the vets for a long time – they were called out when her horse Wallis was ill, and even came out as an emergency when another of her horses had to be put down after he was hit by a car,” says the source.

“But now she’s informed them she won’t be paying up.

“It’s a small business and it’s a lot of money to them. They’ve now blacklisted her and won’t answer any of her calls to come to her house, even if it’s an emergency.”

Sussex Equine Hospital didn’t return a request for comment. Katie’s publicist had no comment.

Katie’s been struggling financially recently – swerving bankruptcy late last year, but she’s now stuck paying back thousands of pounds each month as part of an IVA agreement.

She borrowed £22k from a friend to avoid being declared skint just before Christmas – and has since boasted about getting free cosmetic surgery, flown to Turkey twice and Spain once for a holiday.

She’s also been on trips to Thailand and shopping blow outs in the UK.

The Sun On Sunday revealed how Katie had been forced to sell her pets as she struggled for money.

She recently gave away one of her German Shepherd puppies she’d bought for £1,000.
