KIM Kardashian has been begged by fans to return to her dark hair as the star looks completely different in throwback snaps with Tracy Romulus.

The Hulu star posted several photos of herself with Tracy, 42, throughout the years on Instagram Sunday to celebrate her friend's birthday.

The post featured photos of Kim and Tracy from earlier in the Skims founder's career to recently at the reality star's own 42nd birthday gathering.

The majority of the snapshots showcased the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum with her natural dark brunette hair instead of her recent color of choice, platinum blonde.

The mother-of-four captioned the post: "Happy Birthday Tracy Romulus! We’ve traveled the world, raised babies together, started businesses, and were just getting started."

Tracy is the chief marketing officer with KKW brands.

Tracy responded: "Love you!!" on the post while many of Kim's followers commented "Happy Birthday" wishes to the publicist.

However, numerous Kardashian fans couldn't help but comment on the former E! star's bygone dark hair shade and request that it makes a return.

One person wrote: "Please go back dark hair! Whole mood."

A second fan commented: "I miss this era ahhhhh," punctuated by "flame" and "red heart" emojis.

While a fourth commenter stated: "Kim, this picture must make you want to go back dark again."

NO RETRO

Meanwhile, all eyes have been on Kim's look recently as the star received backlash after she attempted to turn back the clock with an all-camouflage ensemble while attending the Sierra Canyon versus Christ the King high school basketball game.

The game, which featured the sons of NBA superstars Lebron James and Carmello Anthony, turned out to be a star-studded event as many Los Angeles-based celebrities showed up to watch the next generation of basketball stars match up against each other.

Along with the aforementioned superstars, NBA legends Scottie Pippen and Vince Carter, Natalia Bryant, daughter of the late Kobe Bryant, and Kim and sister Khloe were also in attendance.

The Kardashians star was photographed sitting courtside while wearing a game-time-appropriate camouflage outfit along with the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1s.

Photos of the SKKN by Kim founder enjoying the game were reposted on the Complex Sneakers Instagram account, where fans weighed in on her choice of dress.

"Her fit is embarrassing," one person wrote at the time, as another critic claimed: "Very 2010's outfit."

"She can’t dress without Ye," a fan weighed in referring to Kim's ex Kanye West.

One chimed in: "2003 called- they want all that camo back."

The post was also shared on a Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board, where fans continued to share their opinions on the outfit.

One person commented: "I want to show this outfit to 2016/2017 Kim and hear her opinions."

"I think a lot of it is that this outfit is 100% something she would've shamed Khloe or Kourtney for, and not that long ago either," a user claimed.

SLIM KIM

When the critics were not throwing shade at Kim's outfit they tended to comment on the LA native's thin frame.

Comments of "She’s so tiny" and "her frame, in general, is really petite lately" occurred throughout the comment thread.

Recently, Kim's leather pants appeared to nearly fall from her shrinking waist in her new photos. 

The TV star uploaded Instagram photos as she attempted to strut around in black leather pants. 

Kim also donned a tight crop top as she walked out of a hallway with her Khloe.

Unfortunately, the black pants seemed to be too big for her slim physique.

Without a belt to hold the pants up, the slacks seemed to be sliding off her bare belly.

Kim though was distracted by her hair color, which lost its platinum blonde luster.

She captioned the post: "Thoughts on Honey? Should I dye my hair platinum again or go dark?"
