Countryfile star Helen Skelton has admitted that her sexy routines on Strictly Come Dancing helped her to remember who she was following her marriage split.

While appearing on ITV's Loose Women on Friday afternoon (February 3), the 39-year-old opened up on her experience on the popular BBC show.

Reflecting on her dance routines, Helen said she found it hard to be sexy and was pushed to her limits by her dance partner Gorka Márquez.
