GOOD Morning Britain viewers were wowed by “fit” Rachel Riley as she appeared on today’s show in a summer dress.

The 33-year-old was there to discuss the importance for adults to brush up on their numeracy – but those watching at home were rather distracted by her appearance.

Taking to Twitter to discuss it, one person wrote: “@RachelRileyRR is looking hot on @GMB #GoodMorningBritain this morning. Nice way to start the day I say lol.”

While another wrote: “@RachelRileyRR sexy on gmb”

Someone else added: “How have I not realized how FIT Rachel Riley is? #gmb”

And someone else remarked: “Math has never been more interesting @GMB @RachelRileyRR wow.”

Her appearance comes after she revealed that appearing on Strictly in 2013 helped her "break away" from her ex husband Jamie Gilbert.

Rachel met Jamie while studying at Oxford university and after a brief split in 2009, they married in 2012, just one year before Rachel's time on the BBC dance competition.

Rachel told British GQ: "What Strictly did was give me distance – because I was away from home in Birmingham, Salford, Borehamwood – and it was the emotional distance that I needed to break away."

While appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, the Countdown host found love with pro partner Pasha Kovalev.

But Rachel insists that there's no bad blood between herself and ex-husband Jamie.

She explained: "I'm still friends with my ex-husband. He's great, he's a brilliant guy… We were together since I was 19 and it wasn't right."
