Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway nearly had her co-host Ben Shephard falling off his chair.

The ITV show returned for another instalment on Friday (November 24) with Kate and Ben back the helm. But things soon took an awkward turn.

Once Laura Tobin had given viewers the rundown of the weather, the show went back to the GMB studio – but it seemed to catch Kate by surprise. After brief silence, Kate said: “Sorry.”

Laughing she quipped, “We’ve just been talking about breakfast and I thought we were ordering it for another day. And I’ve just ordered smoked mackerel to the studio and Ben nearly fell off his chair!”

GMB star Charlotte Hawkins chimed in and said: “Ben’s going to love that. Enjoy that smoked mackerel.” Trying to move on, he pleaded to entertainment editor Richard Arnold: “Save me from these strange ladies.”

Richard was live from Aus to give viewers all the latest drama from I'm A Celeb. And in Thursday's episode (November 24) things took a cheeky turn for hosts Ant and Dec.

During the show, new arrival Tony Bellew opened up to his campmates about his boxing career. The athlete recalled beating David Haye twice, however, insisted the former professional boxer was a much better fighter than he was.

Nigel Farage jumped into the conversation, mentioning David's rumoured throuple romance with Sian Osborne and Una Healey. Afterwards, Ant and Dec couldn't resist likening their relationship to that of a throuple.

Dec said: "You might not know this but Ant and I are in a throuple." Ant agreed: "We are. We both have one partner who means more to us than anything, who is the love of our life."

Finishing off his sentence, Dec added: "And then we've got our wives!" Ant laughed: "We're in so much trouble," as Dec agreed: "So much trouble!"
