FEAR the Walking Dead fans have been given a first look at season six, which teases the death of Morgan after his brutal shooting.
The short clip is packed full of haunting images and action as Morgan, played by Lennie James, makes a plea on his walkie talkie for everyone to "just live".
The season five finale saw Morgan left for dead, surrounded by walkers, after being shot by Ginnie (Colby Minifie).
As other characters including Dwight (Austin Amelio) and Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) appear in the dimly lit trailer, it ends with Morgan bleeding out on the floor and a close up of his red eye.
The post-apocalyptic horror drama is a prequel to AMC's Walking Dead.
The sixth season is set to be divided into 16 episodes telling "16 little movies" explained the show's Chief Content Officer Scott Gimple.
He told Entertainment Weekly: "Structurally, the show is going to change quite a bit. There’s going to be a great deal more focus within the stories, a little less vignette-y in telling 16 little movies."
Scott went on to say that they would be "a bit more anthological. It still is a serialised story, but it’s told through these very focused perspectives."
