Emmerdale's Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) has been pushed to the edge by her ex Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) as the pair have been feuding with each other since their bitter split.
Viewers have seen Belle report Jamie to the police as the culprit of Moira Dingle's hit and run, but it backfired when he claimed she was the driver.
Things escalate when Belle tries to get Jamie in trouble at work, but he reports her for switching some drugs, and she quits before she gets sacked.
Belle's mental health starts to suffer as she begins to hear her late mum Lisa's voice in her head, telling her to get revenge, as everything gets on top of her.
Viewers know that Belle suffers schizophrenia and has suffered from episodes in the past, causing her to lash out at others.
Could she be about to do something violent as her mother's voice tells her to target the Tates?
Actress Eden teased: "Belle starts to do things that aren't right and that aren't Belle. She doesn't understand why her mum wants her to do those things.
"Because it's her mum, she trusts it and goes with it. That's when it becomes serious."
Whilst Belle and Jamie's relationship was short-lived, the pair seemed to have feelings for each other as he betrayed his wife Andrea to be with her.
However, Jamie was broken-hearted when he found out she was just using him to get evidence to frame him for the hit and run, and now Andrea is back on his side.
