Coronation Street revealed stalker and acid attacker Justin Rutherford's verdict on Monday's show.

Earlier this year, fans were left in shock by a harrowing plot twist when Ryan Connor was revealed to be the victim of a vicious acid attack while defending Daisy Midgeley from stalker Justin.

And on Monday, Daisy and Ryan nervously awaited to hear Justin's verdict in court.

During the episode, Justin was led into the dock and both barristers delivered their closing speeches, where Daisy's hope faded.

And after an agonising wait while the jury deliberated, it was finally announced that the jury finds Justin guilty.

Overcome with emotion, Daisy squeezed Ryan's hand after their surprise kiss recently despite Daisy being in a relationship with Daniel Osbourne.

As Justin was getting led away, he shouted: "Daisy, I still love you!" as he promised that they would be together again in the future.
