While Big Brother 20 showmances Chris “Swaggy C” Williams and Bayleigh Dayton, Fessy Shafaat and Hayleigh Broucher, and Angela Rummans and Tyler Crispen are still going strong, Holly Allen and Jackson Michie are one of the only showmances to last from Big Brother 21.

Allen recently clapped back at a troll on her Instagram post who accused her of trying to emulate the other showmances.

Showmances from ‘Big Brother 20’

In Big Brother 20, Angela Rummans and Tyler Crispen were crucial members of the dominant alliance, Level Six. When outsider JC Mounduix became Head of Household at the Final Four, he nominated the love birds alongside each other, and Rummans ended up joining the Jury.

Crispen made it to the Final Two, lost to Kaycee Clark in a close 5-4 vote, but won the $25,000 Fan Favorite prize. After leaving the Big Brother house, the two moved into a Los Angeles home together in October 2018.

They also started a jewelry company, Naut & Chain, and both made appearances on The Bold and the Beautiful. Currently, the couple runs a frequently-updated YouTube channel, Tangela Inc, which mainly consists of vlogs and health tips. Additionally, the couple recently bought a house in their hometown, Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Another showmance from Big Brother 20, Bayleigh Dayton and Chris “Swaggy C” Williams, started almost on the first day. Even though the house evicted Williams in the second week, he and Dayton formed a bond strong enough that he proposed to her on the night of the finale.

The couple secretly married on Williams’ birthday in February 2019, and then moved across the country to California where they currently reside.

Faysal “Fessy” Shafaat and Haleigh Broucher also hit it off on BB20, and they’ve continued to date after the show. They recently filmed themselves skydiving for the first time, but overall they’re a more low-key couple.

Holly Allen and Jackson began dating on ‘Big Brother 21’

The two began a romantic relationship a third of the way through the season, and the revelation of Allen’s pre-existing relationship with Kathryn Dunn alienated the couple from the rest of the house.

Michie then went on a challenge winning streak, carrying him and Allen to the Final Two, where he won in a 6-3 vote. Since leaving the house, the two moved into a Playa Vista, California, apartment.

The two haven’t entirely branded themselves like “Tangela,” “Swayleigh,” or “Fayleigh” have, but a fan accused her and Michie of “trying to be them.”

Holly Allen claps back at fan who accuses her of trying to copy other couples

On February 23, 2020, Allen posted a picture of Michie lifting her in the air at Playa Del Rey beach with the caption, “Sunday stuntin’.” Her boyfriend commented, “I look up to you in my more ways than one,” and co-star Tommy Bracco wrote, “Goals” with a heart eye emoji.

However, one user commented, “It’s so sad how you trying really hard to be Tangela and Fayleigh with these photos.” Allen replied, “Smh I love all of them…but I love being us and wouldn’t want to be anybody else. What’s sad is that you have that mindset and seems like you aren’t confident enough in your own self.”

Another follower applauded the runner-up for clapping back, writing, “Yas queen! Don’t worry about these dudes tryna put y’all down!”
