Ben Shephard was left in hysterics during Tuesday's instalment of Tipping Point as a player suffered an epic counter blunder.
Joe had been performing well from the start, but he was left flustered after a mistake he made during his quick-fire question round.
Host Ben had asked him: "The goldfinch belongs to which winged class of animal?"
Joe quickly blurted out: "Fish?", before suddenly realising his error as the correct answer was in fact, birds.
After his fish gaffe, the player proceeded to drop his counter far too quickly.
The counter landed on top of another, which meant no coins were pushed out of the machine.
Ben was left in fits of giggles as Joe attempted to recover from the mishap.
Later in the episode, Joe made another hilarious mistake which left Ben laughing.
The host had asked him to name a US state that begins and ends in the letter A.
After thinking about it for a moment, Joe answered Florida.
He then realised he was wrong as Ben struggled to fight back his laughter.
Despite his mistakes, Joe managed to come second in the competition.
As he said goodbye to Joe, Ben said: "Thank you so much, Joe. We will remember you for a very long time."
Viewers went into a frenzy on Twitter after watching Joe's funny performance on the show.
One said: "Well Joe provided ALOT of entertainment there!"
While another wrote: "Well, that was quite the episode, wasn’t it? Thanks a lot, Joe!"
"Is Joe a real person or a comedy character?", penned a third.
Anne was the lucky contestant to make it through to the final round.
She took home £2.3k but didn't manage to win the £10,000 jackpot.
