ASHLEY Cain has vowed to visit his daughter Azaylia’s grave every day.

The heartbroken reality star and partner Safiyya Vorajee said goodbye to their eight-month-old daughter on Friday following a battle with leukaemia.

Last night he shared a picture as he stood by her grave, which was covered in flowers and soft toys and wrote: “Goodnight, godbless baby.”

He added: “See you tomorrow and every day after.”

Ashley and Safiyya have continued to be very open with their followers about the painful journey they are on and have been describing their heartache.

Yesterday Ashley shared a series of moving photos from the funeral and discussed the devastating loss he's suffered.

He captioned the photos: "We shared so many tears, sadness and broken hearts on Friday. The day I buried my daughter, something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

"The weight of it it hasn’t really sank in yet, and I don’t know if it ever will. But I do know that I promised to do her proud, channelling her incredible energy every day for the rest of my life.

"So, despite Friday being the most devastating day any parent could go through, it was also beautiful.

"We remembered and reflected on how amazing Azaylia was; the love that she created and the pure, positive energy that she possessed throughout. ?

"I would do ANYTHING to bring my little angel back. She meant more to me than life itself and the fact I cannot change what has happened breaks me to pieces. It is something I will carry until the day I hold her in again in paradise.

"But, for now, I feel proud that we could give her the send off she deserved, a tribute to her short but impactful life… A beautiful life full of colour, strength, song and determination to enjoy every moment, even when dealt the toughest of hands. ??

"Thank you to everyone… Family, friends and supporters that made this day a special day for azaylia. Thank you to all those who came to wave her off. And thank you to everyone who continues to support us throughout this journey. You lift our spirits more than you will ever know, thank you. ?

The first photo shows the star at the funeral, dressed in a black suit with a broken heart shaved into his head.

The next picture shows them lowering the coffin into the grave.

Others showed the mass of support the family received from the public, with people lining the streets to send Azaylia off.

They paid tribute to the little one with huge balloon banners and a lion statue to represent the Lion King.

Safiyya and Ashley released doves at the end of the funeral, with the last picture in the set showing the couple crying as they stand next to each other.

The daughter of former Coventry City footballer and Ex On The Beach star Ashley and his partner Safiyya Vorajee passed away last month at just eight months old after suffering from an aggressive form of leukaemia.

The funeral saw hundreds of well-wishers line the streets for Azaylia’s funeral in her hometown of Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

Ashley and Safiyya had invited mourners to pay their respects to their daughter on the pre-arranged route of a cortege on Friday morning.

Among floral tributes in a hearse which accompanied a horse-drawn white carriage carrying Azaylia's coffin was one spelling out her name.

Many of those lining the route on Friday applauded as the hearse passed by, and orange ribbons had been tied to nearby railings.

A fundraiser to try to help save Azaylia's life through specialist cancer treatment had reached more than £1.5 million by the time she died.

Buildings and famous sites around the world, including Niagara Falls, were lit up in orange last month in support of Azaylia, and to raise awareness of acute myeloid leukaemia.
