AMANDA Holden isn't prepared to let her broken leg get in the way of showbiz duties as she hobbled down the Pride Of Britain red carpet.

The Britain's Got Talent judge, 48, worked the red carpet on crutches alongside Heart FM radio host Jamie Theakston at the Grosvenor House in London on Monday night.

Despite her injury, Amanda looked incredible in a plunging black dress with pink ruffles on the front.

Her blonde locks were slicked back, while she opted for a dark smokey-eye look and minimal jewellery.

The presenter completed the glamorous look with a set of red crutches, which she styled out on the red carpet.

Earlier in the day, Amanda was spotted travelling through Central London on a knee scooter.

She wore a red top, skirt and beige coat as she made her way down the street with co-host Jamie.

The star had been attempting to complete a Total Wipeout-style assault course in the sea last week when she slid over and broke her fibula in two places.

Amanda was rescued by her record producer husband Chris Hughes and rushed to hospital.

The radio host needed an emergency operation to have a metal plate fitted after the accident while on holiday in Europe.

Calling into the Heart Radio Breakfast Show after the freak accident, Amanda explained she was "trying to be a good mother" as she joined daughters Alexa, 13, and Hollie, seven, on the inflatable.

She told co-host Jamie: "I walked around it and then crawled across like an old person, like across the difficult bits.

"I made it across to the other side and then my leg slipped cos obviously its wet, like an inflatable thing in the sea, my leg slipped and it went the other way and I felt it break and I fell in to the sea and I had to swim back to the shore one legged.

"I’ve got a metal plate and screws in my leg which currently is the fastest and easiest way for it to heal."

The Sun told in April how Amanda was estimated to be worth £6million.
