She tells him they are done as she takes off her ring and walks off the set. However, the couple made up and they are still together now after all of that.

Fans of the series have been known to discuss this scene in numerous detail. One fan asked on Reddit why Michael never mentions that the scene where he’s calling her his “elder” was filmed a while back and it isn’t a recently recorded clip.
“The scene ‘I think of Angela as my elder’ was filmed a long time ago, before they even met,” a Reddit user said. “That’s the past, they’ve been through similar fights afterward and got over them. Why couldn’t Michael mention just once that it was recorded in the past? That’s like the very first thing I thought of right as she started flipping, she was acting as if he said it live.”
One fan is confused because if Angela is so sensitive abouther age, then why is she mentioning how old she is as she walks off the set? It’sconfusing and leads many fans to question why Angela is “so sensitive” when itcomes to her age.

Another fan thinks “mature” might have been better used inthe moment instead of the word “elder.” “Mature could have been a better termperhaps,” a fan explained.
