LIVERPOOL'S star-studded squad have been named as the most valuable in Europe with Jurgen Klopp's men worth a whopping £1.27billion.
But it's a stark contrast for Mikel Arteta's floundering Arsenal side who find themselves down in 15th spot, with the Gunners worth £566m.
The figures have been calculated by the CIES Football Observatory research team, who take into account the age of the players, form, the length of contract remaining and their international status.
And they have determined that Liverpool – who have reached back-to-back Champions League finals prior to this season – are worth the most.
With the Reds blasting away Manchester City in the fight for the Premier League title this campaign, Liverpool have also edged the Citizens to top spot.
Pep Guardiola's side are second in the list, as they worth an incredible £1.24bn – with Barcelona and Real Madrid finishing third and fourth respectively.
Chelsea have surprisingly been named in fifth place with their value standing at £917m, despite the club being unable to sign players last summer due to a transfer ban.
A statement from CIES said of the Blues: "(Chelsea's valuation) has strongly increased thanks to the outbreak of many young talents following the transfer ban imposed by FIFA to the London club."
The likes of Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Reece James have enjoyed breakthrough seasons at the club.
Manchester United then come in sixth with the club worth the same amount as the West Londoners, with Paris Saint-Germain seventh with their squad's value estimated at £890m.
Les Parisiens boast the most expensive player in world football according to CIES, as they value French World Cup winner Kylian Mbappe at a staggering £227m.
Atletico Madrid then come in eighth spot, followed by Jose Morinho's Tottenham, with struggling Spurs players worth £715m. Star striker Harry Kane makes up a huge chunk of that.
Juventus complete the top ten, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Co worth £712m.
Inter Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig all then follow ahead of Arsenal, who are worth just £5m more than Leicester.
