FRANCE were sent packing from the Euros by Switzerland last night – and then brutally trolled on the internet after.

The world champions suffered a shock penalty shootout defeat in the second round on Monday night.

France were 3-1 up and on course to reach the quarter-finals but collapsed to defeat.

Switzerland scored two late goals and completed a remarkable victory on penalties in Bucharest.
