BARCELONA have been find £1,300 and threatened with a stadium ban after fans launched inflatable balls onto the pitch during Wednesday’s El Clasico.

The game at the Nou Camp came to a standstill during the second half as home supporters flooded the field with the objects.

Stewards were forced to quickly remove the offending items from the pitch.

And the match was eventually allowed to continue, with Barcelona and Real Madrid playing out a 0-0 draw for the first time in 17 years.

Gareth Bale had a late winner for the visitors ruled out by VAR.

And the “highlight” of the game came when Toni Kroos pulled down Lionel Messi’s shorts, exposing his underpants.

It just went to show that even the GOAT can’t control what happens in big matches.
