Angellica Bell quickly became a known face on children’s television after joining CBBC in May 2000.

The star, who got her start on TV on shows including Carlton Kids and The K Club, worked mainly as a presenter, and became the anchor of shows including That's Genius!, Xchange, 50/50 and Short Change.

Angellica also presented EastEnders and Dance Xtra, and The Saturday Show on CBBC from 2004 until 2005.

She continued to work on the CBBC channel for quite some time, and In Autumn 2008 she hosted the CBBC show Election.

Now, Angellica can be found on a show which is a far cry away from her children’s television past.

Yes, she’s co-host on ITV current affairs programme The Martin Lewis Money show, alongside Martin Lewis.

Angellica Bell career

Angellica has had a successful and busy career, during which she’s worked across numerous shows as a presenter.

As well as children’s television, she’s appeared on The One Show as a presenter, and in 2010 she presented the ITV programme The Zone with Michael Underwood.

She appeared as a contestant on Borne To Shine and in 2011 she finished as a runner-up to Rav Wilding on reality series 71 Degrees North.

Other shows she’s taken part in include Tipping Point: Lucky Stars and The Chase: Celebrity Special on ITV.

Impressively, the presenter also participated in Sport Relief challenge 'Hell on High Seas’ where she sailed 1,000 miles from Belfast to London, alongside five other famous faces.


As well as being a dab hand at sailing, Angellica also has talents in the kitchen and went on to win the twelfth series of BBC's Celebrity MasterChef in 2017.

More recently, the star appeared on the panel of BBC celebrity quiz how Richard Osman's House of Games, and now she can be found presenting The Martin Lewis Money Show.

Is Angellica Bell married?

Angellica is married to fellow CBBC presenter Michael Underwood, who is currently working as a school teacher.

The sweet couple first met in 2000 on the show, and they remained friends during Angellica's first marriage to personal trainer Stuart Armoury in January 2007.

In 2008, Angellica and her husband split and after their split Michael and Angellica got together.

She said at the time: “It's very sad that Stuart and I are over.

“It's early days, but Michael and I are together. Obviously, Stuart is very hurt, but he's such a great guy, I hope we can both move on.

“Stuart is not happy about Michael and this situation – but it just didn't work.”

In a gorgeous intimate ceremony, the TV presenters tied the knot in a penthouse suite at the top of the Trump SoHo hotel in New York.

The happy couple stunned close friends and family with the surprise wedding announcement.

Michael wore a tartan Vivienne Westwood suit, while Angellica looked chic in a twenties-style white wedding dress from an independent designer.

Michael said at the time: “Having got engaged in New York last year, we thought it would be fitting to get married in the same place." Angellica told her Facebook followers: "You can call me Mrs Underwood". She later added: "It was a magical day."

The couple are now proud parents to the nine-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter, named Elijah and Keziah.

Angellica and Michael tend to keep their children out of the spotlight, however we do know they all enjoy fitness.

She told fans they’d been going on family runs at 6am, writing: “Many of you ask me about this and think I’m a taskmaster. But I thought it important to keep us all active and safe since lockdowns started.

“We’ve been doing this since last year and it’s part of our weekly routine. It’s also been amazing to see the fitness and stamina development in us all.”
