A man has gone to extreme lengths to look like a monster – getting his nose chopped off and horns inserted into his head.

Colombian father Raiden Dos Caras has lost count of how much the work he’s had has cost him over the years.

Despite this, Raiden – who has been nicknamed the ‘skull of two faces’ – estimates that he has spent approximately £12,000 on body modifications.

The 24-year-old had his first tattoo done when he was just 12 years old and has since undergone 25 grisly procedures.

He had his ear removed, his tongue split and undergone scarification branding – but his most difficult surgery was the nose removal.

“It was very painful and I felt a lot of discomfort,” he explained.

“Since I’ve had so many surgeries, the anaesthesia doesn’t have the same strength anymore, so I feel a lot of pain.

“Despite this being one of my most painful procedures, I think the duplications of the horns in my forehead comes close.”

The father’s goal is to become the most modified person in Latin America.

He has a three-year-old daughter, Alice, with his wife Angie Khaterine, 24, and also has an eight-year-old step-daughter, Mariana.

While the loved-up couple is happy in the relationship, they said they faced problems when they first got together due to Raiden's unique appearance.

But Angie has no issue with the body modifications Raiden gets done, as long as his heart doesn’t change.

The young daughter of the tattoo fan does worry whenever he has surgery though but he said he often bounces back.

Raiden explained that the body modifications he’s had done are simply a part of his lifestyle.

While he hopes to break records, this isn’t the motivating factor behind the work he gets done.

He does it simply because he loves it and is always thinking about the next thing he’ll get done.
