Travellers can now rent out a lavish celebrity-loved multi-million dollar mansion tucked away in the Australian bush for $6,000 per night. 

Villa Surin on Sweven Estate was featured on the latest episode of hit reality TV show Luxe Listings Sydney in which real estate agent Gavin Rubinstein helped Aussie singer Delta Goodrem find a ‘peaceful’ location surrounded by nature to record a new album in. 

Sitting in the outer Sydney suburb of Cattai, 60km north west of the CBD, the sprawling property has hosted big names such as Rita Ora and features a treehouse, infinity pool, sweeping picturesque views as well as a luxurious main bathroom.

On the latest episode of hit reality TV show Luxe Listing Sydney real estate agent Gavin Rubinstein shows Aussie singer Delta Goodrem the lavish villa as she’s looking for a ‘peaceful’ location surrounded by nature for her to record a new album

In the third episode of Luxe Listings’ latest season, Gavin said he thought Villa Surin would be the perfect location for Delta to record her next album as she wanted a space in nature with peaceful, earthy qualities and character to be creative in.

The songstress was wowed as she the entered the spectacular home through its enormous timber pivot doorway to the museum-like foyer with glass walls looking over a pebble-strewn water feature. 

Its stark wooden ceilings and pillars coupled with the slate stone flooring create the ‘earthy’ feel Delta said she was looking for. 

 Gavin said he thought Villa Surin would be the perfect location for Delta to record her next album as she wanted a space in nature with peaceful, earthy qualities and character to be creative in


A huge stone fireplace makes a statement extending all the way up to the high vaulted ceilings and sits between a cosy lounge and dining area that opens up onto a decked patio that has stunning views of the surrounding treetops

Outside, there are multiple spaces to relax in or lounge in the sun one of which has an infinity pool that looks like something from the high-end resort

Other features include a private balcony with an outdoor shower, a guest cottage, separate rustic-chic dining room perfect for hosting dinner parties, a home study and a huge outdoor fireplace.

According to Luxe Listings, Villa Surin is worth between $25million-$35million and was built by renowned architect Timothy Moon as a romantic getaway built in the the neighbouring Hawkesbury River. 

Up to 11 guests can rent the huge 141-acre property, with one main house and a guest villa, out on AirBnb for a whopping $5,900 per night.
