Police wish to trace a man who glassed a barman and left another pub worker unsconsious.
Officers have released CCTV footage of man they say is suspected of a number of violent assaults seen outside The Crowns in Stoke Newington on the night of the attack.
Trouble flared at the London bar at 1:20am on November 9 when a customer became involved in an argument with a 32-year-old barman.
According to the Met Police, the man punched and glassed a 32-year-old barman and left him with a number of deep cuts in the face.
He then attacked a second member of the staff, who is reportedly in his 20s, punching him and causing a cut to his left eye, according to police.
The attacker went for another blow, which was captured in the security camera, when he hit a third member of the staff outside the pub.
The 28-year-old man was punched in the face and knocked unconscious before the man fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black man, aged about 30, of slim or athletic build.
He had short dark beard and dark 'frizzy' hair that was tied back in a bunch as seen in the footage.
Detectives from the Central East Command Unit say he was wearing a beige short-sleeved T-shirt, silver necklace, light trousers, dark shoes, and was carrying a thick dark coat with a fur-lined hood.
A Met Police spokesman said: "Detectives are releasing the images of a man they want to trace in connection with a number of violent assaults.
