With summer just around the corner, it’s time to treat yourself to some new shoes for the season, and Primark has released the perfect pair.

Shoppers are eager to get their hands on the stylish pair of sliders in time for the warmer weather, with more than 7,000 people liking the post within three hours and over 300 comments as fans gushed over the shoes.

The budget fashion chain shared a photo of the gorgeous pair of £8 shoes alongside a matching £4 clutch bag on its Instagram page, captioning the post: “New season faves in store now.”

Fans of the clothing store quickly shared their love for the stunning sliders in the comments, with one writing: “I have these they are so comfy & stylish at the same time.”

Another added: “I bought those sliders, so comfortable.”

While a third suggested another colour: “I live in those sliders black would be nice.”

Dozens of Primark fans also tagged their friends in the comments for the popular shoes.

Sliders are one of the easiest shoes to style in the summer months and can make an outfit look effortlessly cool while also being comfortable to wear.

Earlier this year shoppers raved about the high street store’s £8 version of the Birkenstock clog slippers – which are a hit with A-listers including Kendall Jenner, Dakota Johnson and Kanye West.

The original shoes come in at around £135, but Primark fans were quick to snap up the more budget-friendly version, which was just as chic with a chunky cork sole and buckle detail.

Primark fans also praised their £14 black and tan clogs, which are set to be a huge trend this year and bring a vintage 70s twist to an outfit.

Celebrities have been spotted wearing different versions of the stylish shoe, including Alexa Chung and Sarah Jessica Parker.
