Looks like everyone’s
least favorite legendary beauty vlogger feud has officially ended! Maybe!!!!! This weekend, James Charles released an epic almost hour-long video full of receipts, where he laid out his side of the story. “The Story” being an epic saga involving him promoting Tati Westbrook’s rival hair vitamin company. You can get a full run-down of the feud over here (warning: it’s a mess), but essentially Tati swung some pretty major allegations at James, and then Jeffree Star inserted himself into the convo by calling him a “danger to society.”
But now it looks like the three vloggers have calmed things down behind the scenes, and both Tati and Jeffree have made it clear they’re over it. Let’s start with Tati, who issued a response to James—as well as an apology, of sorts—in a lengthy written comment posted to social media:
“I have been in communication with James Charles…and we believe that it is in the best interest of our community, our viewers and our own mental health to put this matter to a rest,” she wrote. “Although I do not regret raising my concerns, I completely regret the way I went about saying them. I could have and should have found a better way.”
Meanwhile, Jeffree (who had threatened to expose James) released a video apologizing for his part in this mess, and several mean tweets he wrote.
James also seems willing to sweep this drama under the rug, and tweeted “Thank you @jeffreestar & @glamlifeguru for your sentiments. I am on board to move on, will not speak about this further, but do hope to speak in the future when we’re all ready. This week was awful for all of us and I ask that the community focuses on positivity moving forward.”

Welp. RIP to the most legendary feud the internet has ever seen.
