A mum says her mental health has vastly improved since she joined OnlyFans.
Hanna Leach has borderline personality disorder, which can cause depression, anxiety and struggles with self-image.
The 33-year-old tried to seek treatment from her doctor and had therapy – but admits it barely helped her.
In stark contrast, splitting from her partner and joining the adult subscription site has had a positive impact on her life.
Th mum-of-two, from Chester, Cheshire, said: "OnlyFans has done more for my mental health than all of the therapy I had on the NHS.
"The difference it has done to my life is astronomical.”
Hanna added: "After years of waiting lists and therapy got me absolutely nowhere, within a couple of months of OnlyFans I feel like a new person and I love it.
"It's really empowering baring all online, and being praised and even adored for it.
"It's shifted the way I see myself and the self confidence I have.
"Some people look down upon OnlyFans, but it's been absolutely fantastic for me."
Hanna – who goes under the pseudonym Obsidian Datura online – says her adoring subscribers have helped her to build her self confidence.
The glamorous model, who has been posting on OnlyFans since April, explained: "Now I see myself in a really positive light.
"It might seem shallow, but having clients ask for racy pictures or videos gives me a sense of pride. It's a huge confidence boost."
Hanna, who used to work at a newsagents on minimum wage, loves the freedom she has with her new job too.
While she used to put up with abusive customers who’d swear at her if vodka was out of stock, she can now block anyone who leaves rude comments.
She said: "I've got a massive level of control over what happens and how people treat me.
"That control over how people talk to me is really empowering."

Hanna’s new career is much more lucrative too as she’s earning hundreds a month.
And even though she’s yet to tell her family about her X-rated career, she has the support of friends.
While she knows working on OnlyFans isn’t for everyone, the mum wanted to show others that it can be great for boosting self confidence.
