It’s been almost a year since Lady Gaga split from her ex-fiancé, Christian Carino, but fear not, everyone—it seems like she’s found love again. The “Shallow” singer has been spotted lately with a “mystery” guy who has been IDed: He’s entrepreneur and investor Michael Polansky.

Um, who? Yup, Gaga is dating someone non-famous, and she seems really happy. Michael and the A Star Is Born actress were spotted together in Vegas over New Year’s and were seen kissing on the balcony of her rented Miami mansion before her pre-Super Bowl show on Saturday, per Page Six.

But let’s back up to who Michael is. He’s a Harvard graduate who runs the Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, which was created by Facebook co-founder Sean Parker (a.k.a. the guy played by Justin Timberlake in The Social Network). More specifically, he’s CEO of the Parker Group, the umbrella organization for Parker’s charitable and business initiatives, which includes the cancer immunotherapy institute.

Michael’s been partnered up with Sean for a long time—according to his LinkedIn profile, he’s been working for him in some capacity since 2009.

“Michael is a really smart guy, a very serious guy, who has always been low key,” a source told Page Six. He and Gaga have likely at least known each other for a while through events that Sean threw in Los Angeles, the source said. They were also both at Sean’s house in December for his birthday party.

It looks like this is kind of serious. Michael was at Gaga’s big AT&T TV Super Saturday Night Show in Miami, where he was spotted talking to her mom, Cynthia Germanotta, on a VIP balcony.

Still, Gaga’s been keeping this new relationship pretty under the radar, and it’s not Insta official…for now, at least.
