Joe Wicks has recently had a large outdoor sauna installed in his garden, as well as a copper bath.
The Body Coach star, 34, took to Instagram to showcase his luxury spa with his four million followers.
The dad of two, who has been keeping the nation’s kids fit during the lockdowns with his PE classes, told fans he needed to take care of his body after constantly working out.

Explaining on his Instagram Stories why he purchased the bath, the exercise guru wrote: "My plan is to combine hot sauna therapy with ice water exposure to help my body recover but also to elevate my mindset and mental health.
"Much of it comes down to breath work and finding that inner calm in the external discomfort of the ice."
He then added: "I'm going to create a vlog on my youtube channel abut my first experience in the ice.
"I have cold showers most mornings now but have never fully been submerged in truly ice cold water so it will be entertaining I'm sure."
Additionally, the Lean In 15 creator recently showed off his massive hot tub which is also in the garden of the £4.4 million home.

He explained: ”Hot tub, hot sauna then ice cold bath for the rehab to take care of my body because I smash it too much.
"I need somewhere to come and relax in between all the training I do.
"It's like a swimming pool it's massive. It's got speakers in the side, so I'm gonna be blasting a bit of Dr Dre.”
He,his wife Rosie and their two children moved into the luxury new home not long ago.
Last month, speaking in a live post on Instagram, the star said: “It’s really hit me now tonight, how long this has gone on. We’re back to square one.

Speaking of the new house during his work out Joe, who grew up on a council estate in south London, said: ”We're moving on and I'm excited about starting a new chapter of our lives together in our new house.
"I've dreamed about having a home like this for my babies to grow up in."
