Ivanka Trump was spotted jumping behind the wheel of an SUV outside of her luxury oceanfront building in Miami, Florida, on Wednesday while taking her kids to school.
The former White House senior adviser looked sporty in a navy hooded sweatshirt featuring a black and white ‘V’ design in the front and black leggings as she stepped out of Arte Surfside, one of the most expensive complexes in the neighborhood.
Ivanka, 40, was makeup-free and had her long blonde hair pulled back in a messy bun for the early-morning school run. She stopped off her look with a pair of black sneakers.

She didn’t appear to have any jewelry on aside from the red string bracelet she often wears on her left wrist. Although she hasn’t spoken about its purpose, it does bear a resemblance to the type of red string that Kabbalah practitioners wear to ward off the ‘evil eye.’
The former first daughter’s black SUV was pulled up in front of the building for her by an employee, and she was seen getting into the front seat before driving away.
Ivanka and her husband, former White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, 40, have three children together: Arabella, ten, Joseph, eight, and Theodore, five.
All of the kids are currently enrolled in a local Jewish school in Miami that is located just a short distance from Arte Surfside. Ivanka converted to Judaism to marry Jared, who is a Modern Orthodox Jew, and they are raising their children in the same faith.
The outing comes two days after ABC News revealed that Ivanka and her brother Donald Trump Jr., 44, are refusing to comply with subpoenas from New York Attorney General Letitia James.
James is investigating whether their father, former President Donald Trump, committed fraud by misrepresenting his company’s asset values.
‘Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump are trying to stop my office from interviewing them under oath as part of our investigation into the Trump Organization and Mr. Trump,’ James tweeted on Monday.
She added: ‘Over two years of delay tactics won’t stop our investigation because no one is above the law.’
James’ office told DailyMail.com in a statement on Monday she is seeking interviews under oath from Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump as part of her investigation into the financial dealing of the Trump organization.
Trump Organization attorney Alina Habba told the Washington Post that James’ actions are ‘a threat to our democracy’ while responding to the subpoenas.
‘She has weaponized her office through this political witch hunt,’ Habba added.
Ivanka and Donald Jr.’s participation in the civil probe was revealed in a Monday court filing by Trump Organization lawyers looking to block Trump and his children from speaking with James’ investigators.

‘A dispute has arisen between the OAG and the Individual Trump Parties regarding the Subpoenas,’ the court document read.
The document, filed jointly by James and an attorney for the ex-president’s family business, sought Ivanka and Donald Jr.’s status in the ongoing probe to ‘respondents.’
The filing also indicates they could take their own legal actions to fight James’ subpoenas as soon as Monday.
Trump has frequently dismissed both probes as ‘witch hunts’ and accused James and Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. of political motivations and urged them to focus on rising crime rates in New York City.
They were served on December 1, the same day as the former president, the New York Times reported.
For more than two years James has been looking into whether the Trump Organization committed fraud by misrepresenting the value of Trump’s real estate assets in statements to banks and tax authorities.

It’s unclear if Ivanka had any hired bodyguards with her on the school run on Wednesday morning
Her team questioned his son Eric Trump, 37, in October 2020.
James said she was seeking a deposition from Trump as part of her civil probe, which began in March 2019 while he was still in the White House.
She is also working alongside Vance in his office’s ongoing criminal fraud probe into the Trump Organization.
That investigation has already produced charges against the Trump Organization’s Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg as well as the Trump Payroll Corporation.
Weisselberg pleaded not guilty to charges that he and the company evaded taxes on exorbitant gifts and benefits for executives.
The former president’s three oldest children each joined the family company after graduating from college and held senior roles and influence.
Ivanka resigned from the Trump Organization in January 2017, roughly two months before becoming her father’s White House adviser. Donald Jr. and Eric were handed control of the company along with Weisselberg when Trump took office.

Since moving to Miami, Ivanka and her husband Jared have kept out of the public eye and have only been seen out and about with their children on a number of occasions.
This is a marked change from their lives in Washington, D.C. when they were regularly photographed on family outings in their upscale neighborhood.
Ivanka’s new home, Arte Surfside, is one of the most expensive complexes in Miami, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.
Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York last January — the same month that Ivanka and her family moved into the building.
Ivanka and Jared are said to be using the large, unfurnished unit as a temporary home while they build a property on a two-acre plot they purchased on Indian Creek Island — also known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ — for $31.8 million late last year.
They also scooped up an additional $24 million mansion just a few blocks away, which they are reported to have bought in April, according to the real estate website The Real Deal.
The couple’s alleged new property splurge features six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and was once owned by Spanish singer Julio Iglesias. However, until it’s fixed up, they will likely remain in their Arte Surfside condo.
