Like mother, like daughter.
On Tuesday, Gisele Bündchen shared photos showcasing her yoga evolution with 7-year-old daughter Vivian, whom she shares with husband Tom Brady.
“My little yoga partner is growing so fast!” the 39-year-old model captioned her Instagram post. “I love her more than words can express! #love #family #yoga 2013-> 2020 ???”
Vivian is first seen in 2013 in the side-by-side shots, reaching her arms in the air as she attempts to mimic Bündchen. In the more recent photo, Vivian is shown expertly executing the same pose as her mother.
“Vivi loves her Mommy…,” Brady, 42, responded to Bündchen’s pictures, “and I do too!!!”
Bündchen, who frequently shares yoga and meditation images on social media, opened up about her passion for yoga in her 2018 book, “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.”
“[Yoga is] so serene that I can be in a state of meditation while I practice …,” she said, per Harper’s Bazaar. “Whether it involves music or mantras or breath work or meditation, [yoga is] a powerful beautiful spiritual practice. Yoga gave me back my life.”
