The Raffia Bag also features a leather trim as well as an interior zip pocket, flat pocket and magnetic closure to keep belongings safe.

The brand explain on their website how the Baozi is the smaller version of their first model, the Raisin.

The Raisin bag is described as having a ‘structured yet soft shape’ which brings out ‘an eye-catching look, a perfect combo of style and functionality.’

‘Our signature Raisin bag’s name comes from the first colour it was introduced in, burgundy, which reminds us of a dry raisin,’ wrote Elleme.

The brand behind the popular summer bag derived its name from the French conjugation ‘Elle aime’, meaning ‘She Loves’.

‘Elleme is our concept of putting forward each woman’s Uniqueness, Finesse and Strength,’ the company state on their website.

The brand was founded by Jingjing Fan and designs pieces defined by simplicity, timelessness and singularity.
