AN EX-WAITRESS has revealed the most annoying things customers ever said to her – including ordering things they are allergic to and asking if pizza has cheese on.

Molly Dyer shared a Tik Tok recalling conversations she had during her waitressing days.

The 21-year-old vowed to never do the job again following irritating conversations with customers.

She penned in the video caption: “Oh the life of a waitress”.

One of the worst customers was someone who asked whether margherita pizza had cheese on it.

Similarly, a customer who ordered chicken pasta asked Molly why there was meat in it.

The diner apparently said: “I didn’t know this pasta had chicken in it.”

When Molly told them it was because it was chicken pasta, they replied, “but I don’t like chicken”.

One confused customer ordered pistachio ice-cream – despite being allergic to nuts.

They bizarrely didn’t inform the former waitress of their allergy until she had brought their dessert to them.

Another diner came in during the day to ask what time the restaurant closes.

After Molly had told them it closed at 10pm, they returned at 11pm asking for a table despite coming back an hour after the kitchen had shut.

According to Molly, the customer tried to rationalise with her by saying, “but you knew we were coming back”.

A cheeky mum also told Molly that her son didn’t like anything on the children’s menu, so asked if he could have an adult lasagne at a kids price.

Molly's video garnered over 350,000 views and 32,700 likes after being up for one day.

From her experiences, it seems the waitress’ most common answer to customer demands was “no”.

People flocked to the comments to empathise with Molly, praising her attitude to telling diners no when they were being out of order.

One said: “I really hope your responses are true. People need telling. Customer is NOT always right.”

Another echoed: “I really hope you are like this with people! It’s actually quite refreshing.”
