A BILLIONAIRE matchmaker has revealed the seven types of food women should never eat on a date in case they ‘turn men off’ – including burgers and spaghetti.

Anna Bey, who runs the online School of Affluence, shared the different types of food women should avoid due to bad smells, mess and bloating.

The London-based Swede said there are meals you should “never, ever order on a date”, and women should eat them in private instead.

On her list is raw onion and garlic, salads, foie gras, spaghetti, fast food including burgers, as well as dishes which are hard to digest.

Anna, who uploaded the video tutorial to her YouTube channel, said women must avoid bad smells at all costs.

She said: “I do not eat raw garlic either because that’s another extremely smelly food that you must avoid.

Seven foods to never eat on a first date

1. Raw onion

2. Raw garlic

3. Salads

4. Foie Gras

5. Spaghetti

6. Fast food including burgers

7. Foods that are hard to digest

“If you’ve eaten garlic, that bubble in your throat ladies is going to have a very unpleasant smell.

“So when you are in the company of a man you do not want to have any unpleasant body odours, any smells coming from you. And that’s the issue with onion and garlic.

“I’m sorry to say it but if you want to leave a good impression, think about what you eat.”

And while salad may seem like a safe option on a date, Anna, 31, warned that it could end up being a disaster if large salad leaves and dressing falls everywhere as you try and eat it.

She said as people don’t usually cut up salad, it’s a risk to order as you don’t know how large the leaves will be.

Anna said: “So you’re going to be in the hard situation if the leaves are huge and there’s plenty of dressing, how are you going to put that big piece of salad into your mouth without leaving a mess.”

Next on the list was foie gras, with Anna saying people mistakenly think it's “sophisticated”, and it should be avoided due to how it’s prepared, as women will look “uneducated” if they order it.

Fifth is spaghetti which is a classic homely dish, but Anna said only experts should tackle it on a date.

She dispelled the common myth that it’s eaten with a spoon – saying it’s a dish eaten using only a fork.

Anna told her followers: “Ladies, I can tell you one thing, unless you’re a pro at eating spaghetti, unless you have been practicing this for years, or you’re Italian, do not eat spaghetti.

“There’s a big chance are you’re going to make a big mess. Don’t take the risk. It’s not worth it.

“Spaghetti is more of an advanced food. So save it for when you’re alone.”

And she said all fast food – anything eaten with your hands such as burgers and nachos – is off the menu.

Anna said: “These types of food, first of all they’re not very elegant to eat.

“Can you imagine yourself a sophisticated woman eating a burger?

“I’m not saying you’re not allowed to eat this type of food, but I would say this is the type of food to eat in private.

“You don’t order these types of things in fine restaurant, especially if you’re on a date.”

Lastly she warned women to steer clear of any food which they know they have trouble digesting, so as to avoid bloating and any tummy troubles.

Anna said: “When you go on dates, or for instance when you know you’re going to be intimate with a man and so on, don’t eat things which are hard to digest.”

And she also shared the six things you should never do if you want to land a millionaire – including swearing.

Meanwhile Anna revealed which five items to wear to help you bag a rich man.
