A WOMAN has won a legion of fans after finding a creative solution online following a string of break-ups.

Rosie, from Singapore, decided she didn’t want to simply delete a multitude of pictures from her feed after the splits.

She previously had removed the photos from her profile using the archive function, but decided to add them back with biting – and brutally honest – captions.

She wrote on Twitter: “Decided to unarchive all the pictures I had with shitty guys because I look cute but updated the captions to be more accurate.”

In one of the shots with a previous partner, the old caption said: “Not a fan of Valentine's Day but a huge fan of my Valentine.”

In the newly updated version, Rosie had added: “He broke up with me the next day!”

Another shot showed her kissing an ex on the cheek with the old caption: “Like if you think I can do better.”

She added the comical new line of “Edit: He broke up with me through Facebook messenger so yes, I can do better.”

Rosie uploaded screenshot of the photos to Twitter and people have been praised her hilarious efforts.

The tweet has been liked over 57,000 times, with followers hailing her as a “queen.”

One person wrote: “This is a damn smart thing to do.”

Another added: “You're an icon.”

She even inspired one woman to update her own old couple pictures with similar captions.

Rosie added to her followers that some of the couple shots remain on her profile without an updated caption.

She said: “If our pic has no edit though it means you were a decent person and I truly truly wish you the best, thank you for being good to me when we were together.

“I just wanted to clarify this tweet isn't about shaming any of the men pictured. This post is about me, how I moved on by acknowledging my experiences and pain, and knowing that I deserve better. & also that I look good in these pics.

“Remember that healing is not always about forgiving and forgetting, and however you choose to heal and move on know that you deserve the world.”
