SUE Radford has opened up about how she’d like to lose a stone in weight in the coming months – and how she plans to do it.

The mum-of-22, who heads up Britain’s biggest family, took part in a candid Instagram Q&A session with her 496,000 followers.

As talk turned to New Year’s resolutions, the 46-year-old asked her social media community what goals they’d set for themselves in 2023.

It wasn’t long before their answers came flooding in, and one person told Sue they’re aiming to “lose a stone.”

Sue then told everyone that she’d also like to lose 14IBs by upping her exercise.

She wrote back: “Lots of you saying this, I’m also aiming to lose a stone.”

The social media and TV star continued to say: “That’s why I’m going to swim and walk more.”

The busy mum then added her own encouragement, as she said: “We can do this” alongside a muscle emoji.

Sue also admitted she’d potentially be roping husband Noel in as her workout buddy and to keep her motivation high.

When another one of her followers said they’d like to go to the gym, Sue replied that they had had a very similar conversation.

Elsewhere in the Q&A, Sue also reflected on another big change for 2023 – the fact that she will no longer breastfeeding her daughter.

Sue revealed she’d stopped breastfeeding her little girl Heidie, making the decision at the end of 2022.

She explained: “I only stopped breastfeeding Heidie last month.

“It was emotional and she’s our last but it feels so good to have my body back.

Adding advice to anyone that found themselves in a similar position, she said: “It’s hard to stop but just be firm.”

This comes after Sue reflected on the past twelve months, as she wished her Instagram followers a happy New Year.

In her last post of the year, Sue shared a round-up of their highlights in a video montage, as she picked out some particularly memorable occasions for her big brood.

Alongside the clip, Sue wrote: 2022 has been such an amazing year for us.

“We welcomed little Chester into the family in February then little Mila in July.
